A great way to keep in touch with your clients or people using your services or products is through Twitter Search.  You don't have to join Twitter to do this.  Just go to search.twitter.com and type in your company name or product name and find what people are saying.  There's an Advanced Search feature that allows you to really hone your searches.  Even if you aren't into tweeting, this is a great tool that gives really unprecedented access to your customer's experience.  Try it, you'll like it.

This new version of Wordpress is a definite improvement. For simple sites that you want to manage yourself, it's a great low-cost alternative. You can purchase templates galore or use the free ones. If you go with wordpress.com, you don't even have hosting fees. Wordpress.org allows you to install WordPress on any server you want. But then you have to backup your files and update the system.
